The #DATE_NOUVEAUTES tag displays the date that the most recent email was sent presenting the news, if this function has been selected in the panel "Latest news announcements" panel of the site’s configuration page ecrire/?exec=config_contenu on the "Interactivity" tab (if this function is not activated, the tag will return 1970-01-01 01:00:00).
